 Painted Bottle FAQ

Can I Chill My Painted Bottle?

In short, chilling your painted bottle is possible HOWEVER, please chill at your own risk. Although there is a glossy protective, water proof sealant on the outside of the paint, the rapid change in temperature when chilling can cause condensation to form underneath the paint (between the glass and paint). This can cause the artwork to chip off. Definitely do NOT submerge in the ice bath.

If you are chilling to enjoy, it is recommended to chill in the refrigerator, but still, chilling will be at your own risk and returns due to chipping after chilling are not accepted.

What is your turn around time/ how far out should I order?

I only paint a number of bottles a month. Typically I say placing your order a month out should be safe to having a spot in my painting calendar, however, as we approach busy seasons and holidays such as graduations, Christmas etc I do tend to book out farther in advance. I definitely recommend planning ahead for painted bottles if possible! I will always try to accommodate orders. If you are needing one painted and in hand in under a 2 week time frame, a $50 expedited artistry fee will apply.

Can you send my bottle to me if I am out of state?

Yes absolutely! I also offer local pick up if you are in and around the Orlando area!

Do you offer discounts on multiple bottle orders (group order)?

Yes! Typically after the 4th bottle I do offer special pricing! This will also depend on design (are they all the same?) and quantity wanted.

Is it possible order and receive a bottle in two days?

Yes! Please reach out to me to make sure my painting calendar can accommodate. A $100 expedited artistry fee will apply in addition to regular pricing. In addition, one day guaranteed shipping pricing will apply to total (pricing depends on location we are shipping to!)

Live Painting

Live Event / Wedding Painting FAQ

What paint and materials/canvas do you use?

I paint with high end acrylic paints! This allows for fast drying so that your painting will be fully dry for me to transport! I paint on thick canvas that is pre stretched and I can accommodate almost any size you would like! Pricing varies per canvas size.

Where are you based and will you travel to my wedding?

I am based in the Orlando Florida area! Local events do not require travel compensation.

Yes, I will absolutely travel to paint at your wedding. Travel expenses (airfare or mileage) and hotel (1 night) accommodations will be added to your proposal total. Rental car accommodations may apply as well depending on how far the venue /hotel is from the airport.

When can I take my painting home?

At the end of the night, I will transport the painting back to my studio for safe keeping and final touch ups. We will schedule a convenient time for you to collect/receive your painting. Final touch ups will be done in studio after the event. Faces and other small details are finished in the studio. This will also be the time where I add in any additional friends/ relatives and pets that you'd like to include.

What do you need to know about my vision for my painting?

Understanding your vision for your painting is a very import step. I will need photos of up to 10 people that you want included in your painting. I will need details such as what part/ angle of the venue you want your painting to take place, a list of details you absolutely want captured in the painting (ex. cake, florals, aspects of the venue, positioning of you and your significant other) and also the vibe and colors you are envisioning. Most importantly, what do you envision that you and your significant other are doing in the painting? Are you having your first dance? Cutting the cake? Having your first look? Saying I DO?

When I transport the painting back to my studio I can also add in others that have been left out!

I'm not able to book you for my wedding, can you paint post wedding from photographs?

Absolutely! You can send me as many photos as you would like and I am happy to merge / take different details from different photos to bring your vision to life!

How do I book you for my event?

After you fill out my event painting booking form (above) I will be in contact with you to discuss all details (please check your spam folder in your e-mail if you haven't heard from me)! After we discuss and confirm details, I will send you a proposal and will collect a non refundable 25% deposit. I understand live wedding painting is an investment and am happy to discuss a payment plan for the rest of the payment.

Only once the proposal is signed, and the deposit has been collected, will your calendar date be secured. The remaining balance will be due two weeks out from your event. Failure to submit any remaining balances will be considered a cancellation.

What does my venue need to provide you with to paint?

I arrive with all of my own materials! I will need to have access to the area where your painting will take place 2 hours before the wedding/event starts. I'll need access to an outlet where I am set up for my lamp, access to running water, a place for me to set up, a good view and angle of what I am painting and i'll need a sink to change my paint water.

I will take many photos for reference for when my station moves to the next part of your event and will begin painting the background. I will also be taking pictures of the moment you want captured in your painting. For example, if you are wanting to capture your first dance, I will be photographing that part of your reception so that I can reference it while I'm painting.
